Duties include – Entry level buyer’s administrative assistant position. Assist the Buyer and the administrative assistant with preparation and research on price quotations for catalog and products that would meet the specifications for the retail establishment. I had to communicate with department personnel and venders regarding requisitioned products and services. Maintained documents, reports and records for departmental usage.

Receptionist, Sterns walker & lods law firm, san francisco, California 1989 – 1994
Duties include – Extensive phone and personal contact with firm attorneys and clients. Prepared travel arrangements as well as coordinated and planned meetings between attorneys and clients. Maintained and monitored attorneys’ calendars and emails. Distribute mail and maintain files for the law library.

English Tutor, Gordon Lewis Languages, Berlin Germany — 1995 – 1998
Lewis Languages was an agency that provided English Languages lessons for children throughout Berlin. I tutored children either at home or in an learning institution so that they are able to increase their confidence and motivate them so that they are able to develop the skills they need to begin English instruction. I worked with children in both large and small groups and used the method of songs and or games so the children are able to internalize the knowledge of the English language.

Englischdozentin, Concept mbh—2001 – 2007

Duties included – Prepared participants for the London Chambers of Commerce Industry test for all levels. I taught Business English on all levels (Grundstufe l through Mittelstufe ll). I created and discussed material that would take place in a business atmosphere according to the lesson guidelines. That includes business vocabulary, grammar, communications and writing skills. The participants would also be tested on the lessons to enhance their skills in an administrative roles. They also participated in teamwork and build their organizational and communication skills.

DefJay Radio, Unitcom GmbH, 2007 – 2009

The tasks included: employment as a radio presenter and producer of a daily music program. Organization and edition of the daily music news. Organization and execution of interviews with personalities of the music business. Edition and production of music broadcasts using DRS edition software, the “Cool Edit Program” and the “Station Playlist. Conducting promotional activities of the company “off air”.

Use in virtual lessons (Adobe Connect) of up to 25 participants each in Business English courses preparing for the LCCI Exam (London Chamber of Commerce & Industry), IT English and English for Office Clerks, Real Estate Agents and Media Designers, individual Trainingprogram “Rosetta Stone”. In any case, the courses include the preparation and execution of a final exam using appropriate software.
